Return/Refund Policy

·      Ineligible Merchandise: Final Sale merchandise are ineligible for returns due to their nature and will not receive a store credit or refund even if they are NOT opened.  Final Sale merchandise categories are Pillowcases for sanitary purposes.

·      Refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days after receipt of your return and inspection to make sure in saleable condition and not damaged of any kind.

·      Returns must be accompanied by a RA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting customer service on our "Contact US" page at bottom of page. Unauthorized returns will be refused. There are NO Exchanges.

·      After our acceptance, returns must be received back within 14 days of your order receipt date.

·      Cancellations of an order is ONLY allowed within 4 hours of placing order.

·      Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for costs associated with sending back the return items in perfect saleable condition that includes packaging and tags attached.

·      Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

·      Undeliverable or Refused shipments are subject to a 30% Restocking fee plus no credit on original shipping charges.
